Self-taught chef/proprietors Lesley Crosfield and Colin Craig are now entering their 26th year and The Albannach has held a Michelin star since 2009.
The hotel’s five rooms and luxurious suites are largely the result of winters spent renovating with respect for the charm and integrity of this old highland house.
For the last two years their hands-on approach has included increasing fruit and vegetable production on The Croft.
Improvements to the hotel include the Byre suite, completed in 2008, boasting its own private terrace complete with hot tub and stunning mountain views.

Colin and Lesley have recently taken over The Caberfeidh Restaurant and Bar in Lochinver, located in the heart of the village where the River Inver meets the sea. The Caberfeidh is managed on a day to day basis by local talent under their direction.
